偶偶1階にあるシェア飲食店「偶偶キッチン」。
曜日ごとに出店者が変わる形式の飲食店。

空間全体はグレーを基調に塗装し、店主の個性や提供される料理などが引き立つように、建築が一歩引くように設えた。

また、既存木柱の隙間を縫うように配置されたカウンターは天板を厨房側まで回すことで、厨房と客席との境界を曖昧なものにすることを目指した。

　

Shared restaurant “GUUGUU Kitchen” is located on the first floor of Ido.
The format of this eatery changes each day of the week with a different vendor.
The entire space is painted in a gray tone, and set up so that the architecture takes a step back so that the personality of the owner and the food served can be highlighted.
In addition, the counter arranged as if it were sewn through the space between the existing wooden pillars was designed to blur the boundary between the kitchen and the seating area by turning the top panel up to the kitchen side.
